Exposure To Toxins

Unknowingly you are exposed to toxins, which you are not aware of which could be of harm to your body and we come into contact day to day with it. If you are pregnant you need to avoid theses toxins, which could be harmful for the baby. Certain toxins that you are not aware of could be of harm to your fetus and cause birth defects. These toxins are called "iterators", some of which are drugs chemicals which are common.

It is important that we watch what we eat especially when we are pregnant, if a baby is born with a high level of mercury in their system there is a risk for neurological & development problems, fish is known to be high in proteins Omega-3 fatty acids, it is risky if too much of it consumed , it is necessary to take precautions to keep your baby safe.

There are certain foods that are safe to eat which are not to high in proteins. Check-with your GP who can recommend you to a Nutritionist who can plan out a diet chart for you to follow when you are pregnant.


Any utensils that are Teflon based is safe as long as you use low temperatures and non-abrasive cooking utensils.

Plastic Wrap

Plastic wrap is safe to use, as long as you don't put it in the microwave!

Pesticides & Fertilizers

To eat anything that is organic is the healthiest, but it could be very expensive, most fruits and vegetables are grown around pesticides & are considered to be safe. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and make it a part of your diet when you are pregnant . Wash all fruits & vegetables before eating thoroughly to avoid any complications during pregnancy

All women like to look beautiful even when they are pregnant, so they take a little stroll down to the beauty parlor, to relax by doing a manicure or pedicure, the use of sunscreen is okay if it has the following there is a list below

We may no even be aware if we dry-clean our clothes that certain chemicals used to remove tough stains could be harmful to us and produce toxins that could be harmful without our knowledge, please consult with your GP about this
